the best of me...

well, welcome back for round number two. since im about to head out the door to work this one is gonna be short and sweet for now. life has been alright i would reckon. work has been busy as usual but it all pays the same in the end.to be completely honest i kinda feel a little burnt out. and my heart is elsewhere. most days my heart wants to explode outta my chest or go twelve different directions. things are gonna change for the better. and mark my words: i will live in dallas by the beginning of 2012. love y'all                                                             - justin                                                                                                      

the start of something grand...

so, it should be no surprise when i say this is my first blog. for some reason i have never thought about starting one of these until i read a good friend of mines and it inspired me to leave some kind of memories. a legacy if you will. how else will people get to taste and see what i have seen if i do not open my mouth, mind and heart and let my fingertips do the work? what i plan on doing in this blog is portray the grace of the One True God through the life he has given me, and the experiences i have had the blessing of going through. now for my favorite part... how does one come up with a name like Words of The Lionhearted? im glad you asked... personally i see it like this: there is a God in heaven that is madly in love with you. because of that love he allowed his son, Perfection incarnate, one that had never experienced sin, to come and die on a cross for the sins of all man kind. past sins. present sins. future sins. name it. when Jesus Christ died for your sins you were saved. through that sacrifice i choose to live a life that glorifies Him. Jesus is a ferocious, loyal, true, noble, man that loves you with an unfettering love. he is the Lion of the Tribe of Judah. so, since i have been given the gift of salvation and are able to live with Jesus in my heart: i am Lionhearted. i am called to be faithful and true, passionate and loyal, bold and fierce in the face of adversity. i am called to be hope to a dark world in the name of Jesus. so with a Lions heart, who can be against me? - heres to many more-                                                 - justin
